An entrepreneur by nature, Moussa Zaghdoud is passionate about innovation, creativity, and enabling customer success. Moussa is the inventor of Rainbow, the Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise Communication and Collaboration platform, and, as EVP of the Cloud Communication Business Division (CCBD), he is responsible for the end-to-end cloud strategy, solution definition, offer management, and business model definition for the ALE Cloud Service Offering. Moussa is also driving the change towards the ‘as a service’ model at ALE. Prior to joining ALE, Moussa founded two cloud startups that provided virtual call centre services and artificial intelligence-based predictive routing services to enterprises. He is also an experienced conference speaker, having spoken at APIdays, Connex, and UAE-France Business Days. Moussa holds two Master's degrees in Industrial Sciences and Automated Systems from Louis Pasteur University in France, and a degree in Physics.
